Missionaries We Support
The Independent Baptist Church of Anchorage is serious about missions! We believe that we must reach those in need of the Savior with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in Anchorage, all Alaska, the rest of America, and unto the uttermost part of the earth (Acts 1:8). Currently, our church supports 89 missionaries and mission works that are laboring at home and abroad.
Each October, we focus the entire month on missions, conduct our annual Faith Promise Mission Conference, and conclude with our Faith Promise Mission pledges for the coming year. What an exciting month! The Independent Baptist Church of Anchorage believes that “missions is the heartbeat of God,” and we as a local church should do our part in reaching the world.
